We Are Not A Broker

Founded in 2011, Safe PCB is a high-tech enterprise specializing in PCB manufacturing, component sourcing. Our headquarter is located in Nanshan, Shenzhen, and two factories are in Baoan, Shenzhen, and Houjie, Dongguan. With a 7,000m² work area, our production line, are equipped with advanced production equipment including an automatic solder paste printer, pick & place machine, reflow oven, wave soldering machine, AOI inspection machine, X-ray inspection machine, BGA repair table. Meanwhile, Safe PCB
has always put quality first since our establishment and has successfully passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, IATF16949automotive quality system certification, and ISO13485 medical device quality management system certification.

Quality Assurance

Safe PCB, all the boards will go through the most stringent tests other than the basic visual check. We adopt most of the testing and inspecting equipment used in the industry, such as Flying Probe Tester, X-Ray Inspection Machine, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Machine.
